SIBA Project nominated for Latin Lawyer’s “Deal of the Year.”
Latin Lawyer magazine asked a team of business experts and lawyers to analyze, evaluate and nominate the region’s most outstanding and complex transactions in different categories for the “Deal of The Year” awards.
A successful collaboration between CIFI and Clifford Chance was nominated as “Deal of the Year” by Latin Lawyer magazine. This represents excellent recognition for all the legal teams involved in the Termoeléctrica SIBA project.
From the structuring of the deal to its execution, the teams worked diligently to comply with all regulations and strategic objectives, and collaboration and coordination were vital to ensuring success and international recognition.
