CIFI and Acero Capital Formalize Strategic Partnership to Advance Infrastructure Investment Across the Caribbean

Panama City, Panama, 15 October 2026 – CIFI and Acero Capital today formalized their strategic partnership through a signing ceremony held during the Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF 2026) in Panama. The agreement marks an important milestone in both organizations' shared commitment to advancing infrastructure investment and capital mobilization across the Caribbean. 

Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on originating financing opportunities across the Caribbean and supporting the regional positioning and development of CIFI's asset management business. The partnership combines Acero Capital's regional relationships and advisory capabilities with CIFI's expertise in infrastructure finance and asset management. 

The signing reflects a shared vision for expanding access to financing solutions that can help address the Caribbean's growing infrastructure needs.
