Anarchy Online - Fixer's Grid Quest Part 1
Please note that you need to be a minimum of
Level 25 to start this quest, realistically to complete it you
will need to be higher, however the in-built level restriction
is Level 25.
To begin this quest you need to locate Ofoz,
you can find him in Borealis (684x578).
Although the quest starts with Ofoz, as with
many of the Anarchy Online quests it is sometimes a lot easier
to collect some of the required items before beginning. However
as always never give an NPC any item until you have been given
the quest, this will result in the items being lost and you
having to start over.
The items you initially need are:
- A Grid Phreak Crystal
(Basic Shop / Fixer nano kiosk)
- A Leet Doll
(Speciality Shop / Toys and curiosities kiosk)
- 75k Cash
- Polluted Grid Phreak Nanocrystal
- Bundle of Nanotubes
- Wafer Thin Nanocrystals
- Exotic Doll
Go to Ofoz in Borealis and have a conversation
with him, start by saying hello and then follow the script.
You: Hello Ofoz
Ofoz: Say....
Ofoz: If you happen to know a seasoned [Fixer], ask him to drop by, I might have a
business proposal for him if he is interested...
You: I am a fixer.
Ofoz: Super!
Ofoz: So, might I interest you with a little business venture?
Ofoz: I happen to have something you would like.....and you have
something I want badly as well.
Ofoz: How about it, are you [interested]?
You: I'm interested.
You: yes
Ofoz: what?
You: I am interested
You: how much
Ofoz: Hand me 25000,
and we are talking... Now, pay up so we can get this done, I
don't have all day here.
Ofoz: Cool!
Ofoz: Ok, here is the deal, you need to bring me some special
components so that I can build a nano crystal that gives you
access to this Grid we talked about, or should I rather say the
initial version of that crystal.
Ofoz: First of all, go to old Smokey and bring me one of them
Polluted Grid Phreak Crystals.
Trade him 25k credits and he
will give you the first mission of the quest. Your first mission
is to obtain a polluted grid phreak nano from Smokey Willy.
You will find Smokey Willy in
the sewers of Omni-Entertainment (472x1042).
Once you've found him trade him
the grid phreak nanocrystal you purchased from the basic shop /
fixer nano kiosk. He will give you the polluted grid grid phreak
nanocrystal in return and then says:
Smokey Willy:
That was quick! And because it is you, for a very special price
too: 0 credits.
Smokey Willy: Just bring me a Burger and some Smudge Cola next
time you travel through and we will call it even!
Smokey Willy: There you go, good luck Fixer!
Return to Ofoz and trade him the
polluted crystal. This will complete the first part of the
mission. In addition he will give you a new mission.
Ofoz will say the following to
you once he has the polluted crystal:
Ofoz: Nice! I
hope old Smokey didn't give you any troubles, he can be a bit
cranky sometimes.
Ofoz: Next you need to go find me some wafer thin, home grown
nano crystals. Pretty rare commodity they are, but not
impossible to get hold of I am told.
